I've had colonoscopy done through both private pay and through Colonoscopy Assist. My first was charged at $18,000! With no insurance, I am so thankful that a cash pay discount brought the bill down to $3,600. To alleviate that financial uncertainty and stress, when my second screening was necessary, I found Colonoscopy Assist. Their flat rate fee which encompasses the entire procedure, facility fee, doctor fee, anesthesiology, polyp removal and lab testing, took all the financial fear away. Their flat rate fee was still 40% lower than I paid prior even after all the cash pay discounts. The facility Colonoscopy Assist had available was excellent, and I was well cared for by all personnel. So, there you have it -- I have peace of mind for my body and my pocketbook! ~ Regina M

Your program made getting this test financially possible for me. Prior to discovering the Colonoscopy Assist option I was faced with a tough choice of passing on getting the test done due to the high cost with my high deductible insurance plan. I was caught in the dreaded code wars of the insurance world...my test was coded diagnostic due to my previous test find polyps 5 years ago. As we all know it's a different cost game with most insurance plans when something is coded diagnostic versus preventative. I would recommend this to anyone that can't afford the cost of a colonoscopy. Everything went smooth from the beginning of the scheduling to having the procedure done. Let me tell you I wasn't willing to do the original colonoscopy so I opted to do the Cologuard test as I could do it from home. Once I was told my results were positive I had to go for a diagnostic colonoscopy. After I talked to my insurance company they informed me the cheaper Cologuard test was was the only test they would pay for so the next procedure was going to cost me all out of pocket costs which could be anywhere from $ 6000 plus in costs. I wish someone would have told me this before I made my decision to do the Cologuard test. Thank you for keeping my costs affordable. Keep up the great work! ~ Christi M

I was very pleased with the entire process from scheduling to the actual procedure to the follow up this morning. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, professional and made sure I understood what was happening and that I was OK. I can't thank this office enough for providing this service as it was very disheartening a few months ago to find out that my insurance only covered a very small portion of the cost and that I'd be thousands of dollars out of pocket. It was actually my insurance company that recommended I reach out to colonoscopy assist and I'm thankful that I did. I visited Oak Lawn Endoscopy for 2 procedures, done in the same visit. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. They have a very clean facility, and friendly staff. Doctor Kamran Ayub is very passionate and caring. The nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist explained everything going on very thoroughly. I was in and out quickly, there wasn't any time I felt I was waiting. They made sure I was ok to stand and get dressed before I went home. They offered a drink and crackers. They explained and gave me information to take home. I felt great! I had no discomfort from either of the colonoscopy or endoscopy. They said I may have a sort throat; I didn't. Also maybe some feeling of being bloated, but I did not. I highly recommend Oak Lawn Endoscopy if you need a procedure. ~ Andrea S

Great place, great price. Everyone was very involved in my care. Very professional but also very friendly and accommodating. I initially was going to have an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy locally but after finding out my newly acquired insurance was only going to pay 600.00 of an 8,400.00 procedure, I was offered the "cash Price" from the same local facility of 3,900.00 After talking with my insurance rep., he told me of ColonospyAssist and therefor found Baylor, Scott and White Surgicare Plano. They would do the entire procedure for 2,000.00 By nature, I was skeptical because of the lower price but I'm here to tell you it was a great experience. I live 2 1/2 hours from the facility and it was well worth the drive. I highly recommend Baylor, Scott and White! ~ Andy G

Colonoscopy assist was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone I worked with treated me with respect, care and kindness. They were extremely helpful and responsive in assisting in getting me a colonoscopy. They worked well with the doctor's office in coordinating my consult, COVID test and procedure. The Gastroenterologist that saw me was so compassionate and his office was helpful and thorough. They practiced strict safety measures for COVID and the office was impeccably clean. The turnaround time was quick and the follow up was reassuring. I am so grateful for all their help. If not for colonoscopy assist , I would not have been able to get the much needed colonoscopy. I THOUGHT I was going to have to drive 2+ hours during the 2nd half of the prep to get an affordable colonoscopy and boy was I glad to find Colonoscopy Assist! They did a prescreening phone call questionnaire with me and answered my questions to set me at ease. They found me a surgical center 30 minutes from home and helped with the funding, too! I cannot recommend them enough! The prep and procedure were so much less invasive and uncomfortable as I thought they would be and I will not be as reserved about getting future screenings. I am 58 and just did my first one (8 years past the suggested time) and they found and removed 3 polyps and one of them was 7mm! Glad I didn't wait any longer. This company is doing God‘s work. I recently had to go to the emergency room with a ruptured appendix. The surgery team would not operate on me and remove my appendix until the swelling went down and they also required me to get a colonoscopy. The hospital did not have an appointment for a colonoscopy for almost 3 months And they wanted to charge me thousands and thousands of dollars my wife was lucky enough to find They found me a colonoscopy within the week and a half of contacting them. I was able to go in and get my colonoscopy yesterday and now I can schedule my surgery to get my appendix out. I don’t have insurance and I don’t know if I could’ve afforded a colonoscopy without these guys. I wish I could give her more stars in five. ~ The c

I can't begin to thank Colonoscopy Assist enough for all the generosity and support they have given me to make my colonoscopy procedure a success. They did everything from making my appointment at surgery center to giving me sound council and instructions on what needs to be done and steps to make my procedure a beneficial one. They provided me with the documents as well as useful information that was given in timely fashion, sent email. I'm self-pay and they relieved the burden of fear and doubt, making it possible for me to get my colonoscopy done. Very affordable tests for colon cancer screening. The entire experience was so effortless for me. They made it so easy and did all they advertised to do. They guided me every step of the way. Being self employeed and with a family history of Colon Cancer I was so thankful my wife found such a kind, pleasant, and professional place at such an affordable price. No hidden costs here. We went to the Farmington, MO surgical center and seen a Gastrointerologist that made it so relaxing and easier for me with high anxiety about the "process" if you know what I mean. Thank you for being so kind and professional. What a find. My wife is a social service for a local medical facility and has requested brochures to share with the community which is mostly uninsured. My experience from start to finish was true to what was advertised - a colonoscopy by top quality doctors (GI and anesthesia) in a reputable facility at a fixed, fair price. Before my excellent experience with Colonoscopy Assist I had called a nearby option that my physician suggested to consider. When I called to ask the expected cost (since I have a high deductible and limited coverage of screening procedures) the person taking my call said, "I can probably find the GI doctor and anesthesiologist's office numbers and they might be able to give you a ball park. I'm not really sure what our facility fee will be - it all depends." That conversation had me searching for other options and I am so glad I found Colonoscopy Assist. ~ Bentley T

I am an uninsured individual and had a scare in December. I put off getting a colonoscopy because my mindset was “what if”….? I have no insurance to cover any devastating news….finally got to a point where I couldn’t stand the anxiety anymore and came across Colonoscopy Assist. THANK GOD I FOUND THEM. Entire procedure, including polyp removal and sedation was included in the cost, and it was MINIMAL for me at $1275! We are from Huntsville, AL and this was my first time to use Dr. Erskine and his amazing staff! Even before the colonoscopy they provided me the needed information and were great at following up with me. Upon arrival they were extremely friendly and each person, including Dr. Erskine, introduced themselves and told me what they would be doing. After the procedure they were great at checking on me until the time I was taken to my husband to meet with the Dr. for the results of the procedure. Someone even called me the following morning to make sure I was still doing okay. Was definitely impressed with The Endoscopy Center, Dr. Erskine, and his staff! I found Colonoscopy Assist online and did a lot of checking and review searching! I did not find any thing that raised any concern for me. I also called them direct and they answered all my questions and were very helpful. In the past using my insurance I have paid 3 times the price of what CA charged. I waited to review to be sure I got lab results and a final bill. Well the final bill and lab results are in with good news and my account states paid in full no balance due! Assist they did! And for the right price! $1175. Great team at Waterfront Surgery in Homestead, Pa. Paying cash for medical services cuts the cost in half. Leave your insurance company and join Christian Healthcare ASAP. Anything medical situation $500 or over they pay you back in full!! It takes 4 months to process but you avoid huge monthly premiums (for myself, my wife and son it runs $500 a month for the best package) and there are no deductibles. I've saved over 15 K in the last 12 months on cataract surgery, torn calf muscle and the colonoscopy. I don’t have insurance and was well over due for a colonoscopy spent the whole day on the phone looking for a place to help me and found ColonoscopyAssist. First when I found the program I was very unsure it was a legit program as there are so many scams out there but soon found they are a life saving program they are very efficient and so helpful. I mean every Doctor,I have ever been with or hospital or clinic should take instruction from this organization. Customer service, caring, organization and execution all top of the charts. keep in mind its the Doctors they have a contract with, that make all the difference, and so I can only speak for the Hollywood FL center for Gastrointestinal disorders. My Dr said it would be a good idea to get a Colonoscopy since I had never had one & was 63 yrs old. But I am self paying for Dr appts & figured it would be so expensive to have one. Well I discovered Colonoscopy Assist & couldn’t of been happier. They are nation wide & we happened to be in Boerne Texas. So I was able to schedule my appointment, pay online at a huge reduced rate, mine was $1,075. That included the procedure place, anesthesiologist, Dr that does procedure, any labs from potential polyps, everything! I checked in, they took me back, hooked up an iv, went under, procedure done, recovered for a few minutes & my hubby brought me home! It all took less than 30 mins! Found Colonoscopy Assist through an internet search after I was quoted on the phone $10,000 to have a colonoscopy performed at a Fairfield County, Connecticut hospital. It was so easy to apply. Once approved my colonoscopy was scheduled at a highly rated NYC gastroenterology practice within a few weeks at nearly 1/10 the cost of the phone quote. I had excellent customer service from Colonoscopy Assist and the Surgical Center, as well as top notch service from the Medical Team providing the care. I am so thankful that this program exists. Routine healthcare should be affordable for all in the world’s greatest nation. I am self employed. It was not a matter of not wanting to pay but of finding a reasonable program cost. ~ Janie N
